About

THE BEGINNING
Tyrolin has been indulging in the creative arts since she was 8 years old. Taking out both the junior and senior Roger Wotton competition, she knows her way around speeches! Over the course her schooling years, Tyrolin won a multitude of Championships at Eisteddfods across the region along with various “Most Promising” awards. She was frequently involved Tournament of the Minds, debates, musicals, plays and more.

In 2013, Tyrolin noticed a gap in Mudgee. There wasn't a place where children and adults could learn to sing, dance and act all in the same place, improving their skills, showcasing their talent while also nurturing individuality and building confidence.

That was when Tyrolin took the plunge. She was still working as a paralegal and expected about eight people to sign up -- just a fun class she could manage after work.

Within two weeks, sixty students signed up and nearly 12 years later, 1,000 routines, 900 students, 35 performances, 22 eisteddfods, countless charity performances and unlimited laughter, Stepping Out in Mudgee is so much more than Tyrolin ever envisioned.
